We always give you every ounce of necessary energy to make your event an absolute success and are happy to assist you in any way possible to make your event planning easy and without the typical stress associated with orchestrating a large event.
IS GRATUITY/TIP PART OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEE?
Administrative Fee is not a gratuity that is shared among on-site catering staff. Clients should not feel obliged to offer a gratuity for good service. However, our staff are encouraged to go the extra mile for our valued clients. Staff are permitted to accept cash gratuities entirely at the discretion of our clients who wish to acknowledge particular staff members for exceptional or outstanding service. In other words, there is genuinely no need to tip, but you should feel free to do so if you have a desire to acknowledge particular individuals with whom assisted in making your event shine.
